lackluster stay, some issues

the room reeked of smoke, awful since i booked a non-smoking room. i reported it, but they just offered air freshener. also, several lights in the room kept turning on by themselves at night, and i had to cover them with clothes. it's annoying when the light system decides to throw its own little rave in the middle of the night.

the room was spacious with a very nice balcony. it had a good view of the sea. public areas included a nice swimming pool and beach. i specifically appreciated the nice flower bouquets. the staff were attentive to my needs and wishes. overall a great stay
i noticed the furniture in the room seemed a little old. some of the amenities in the bathroom could have been better. it did not significantly impact my experience however

i was charmed by the prompt service at the pool. the staff quickly brought towels and drinks. i found the breakfast buffet extensive. it featured a variety of high-quality options. yan's assistance with my suite upgrade was fantastic. i felt so looked after throughout my entire stay.
i noticed that some of the hallway carpets looked a bit worn, but it wasn't a big issue.

my room had a king-sized bed with soft, high-quality linens. the balcony provided a nice view, especially at sunset. the bathroom featured both a separate bathtub and a shower. it also had fluffy towels and high-end toiletries.
